How It Should Be

A story from Sister Helens POV. I dont think there are enough stories that take Duos religion seriously, so here is my attempt.
Warnings: 1+2 Shonen-ai. Kindof. Sappy. And oh yeah, its about God. If you dont like it, please dont flame me.
And for some reason, I can't use apostrophes. Ignore that, please.

***
(Heaven)

He looked so frightened. He was afraid to be left alone, without me. What scared me the most, though, was the underlying anger in his violet eyes. He could do great harm with such anger. I tried to comfort him, to tell him that it wasnt his fault, to remind him of how much Father Maxwell had loved him and would continue to love him, but I had only a short time I wanted to stay with him and guide him through life, but I knew my own was ending. I was so happy that I could hardly feel the pain of my wounds. "Blessed are the persecuted" Peace would come to the colonies, and to earth. Have faith, Duo. God is with you.

***
I ran to Father Maxwell. The other children were with him, I knew. He smiled at me.
"Oh, Father!" I said. "Duo is still alive."
"I know." He clasped his arms around me. "It is Gods plan. He will take care of Duo."
***
Now I see Duo, or Shinigami as he calls himself, training in the Gundam known as Deathscythe. He is such a brave boy. He only fights because he knows it is evil and he doesnt want anyone else to be sent to hell for fighting and killing. And now he takes the name of Shinigami, the God of Death. Oh, Duo, have you forgotten us and our teachings? Jesus saw suffering and sorrow and He met it with peace and love. Why are humans so blind? How can they corrupt a child and teach him that he should enjoy killing because he his evil? The people who started this war are sacrificing souls. May God forgive them.

***
Duo is in love with that boy, Heero Yuy. At least, he thinks he is in love. Neither of them is accustomed to being around someone the same age, much less with the same mission. They need each other. Duo, I know you need someone, but look to God Duo may be Shinigami, but he has not forgotten all that Father Maxwell taught him. There is hope for Duo. There is hope for everyone. But what if Duo should die without repenting? How many times have I wished that he had died in the massacre with us. It would have been so much better. But I cannot worry. God is in charge.

***
Hilde. Such a sweet girl. She is a lot like Duo. She will care for him and help him. She loves him, and in time he will realize that he loves her too, perhaps.

***
The war is over! Duo and Hilde have gone back to their salvage business, and are leading fairly normal lives. I am glad that he has realized that he cannot kill anymore, despite the pain this realization has caused him. Why cant he realize that he needs God? It will come, in time.

***
Duo is praying! Really praying! The Spirit has flooded his soul and shown him the Truth. Duo will be coming home. I knew God would take care of him. He takes care of everyone.

***
The day of Duos ordination. Father Maxwell saw it coming, but I, little soul that I am, was unsure. How could Shinigami become a saint? And yet there he is, saying Mass. Hilde is there, and Heero would be, if anyone could find him to tell him about it. I am there too. We are all there, and Duo knows it.

Here's a funny one!

New Mobile Bishonen Chronicle Gundam Angst
(a summary of Gundam Wing.  No need to watch the show, just read Guitarzoi02's summary!)
Angsty Bishonen: Ha ha!  I'll kill you!
Friend/enemy/romantic interest: Yes, please!
Angsty Bishonen: No!  You destroy me!
Friend, enemy, romantic interest: No, me!
Angsty bishonen: Well then, I'll destroy us all!
Friend: No!  The colonies/earth need you to bring peace!
Zechs: Heero, let's fight.
Heero: Relena:
Relena: Heeeeeerrrrrrrroooooooo!
Quatre: It's so beautiful!  Let's go back to outer space! (sob!)  Trowa!
Trowa: Quatre....Who.  Am. I?  Where.  Am.  I?
Wufei: Nataku!  Justice!
Duo: K'so!  Chikkusho!  Watashiwa Shinigami!
(Translation: *beep* Blast!  I am the Great Destroyer!)
Zechs: Now I am Miliardo Peacecraft.  No more fighting!
Heero: Fight me, Zechs.
Zechs: OK.  Now I am Zechs.
Noin: Zechs!
Treize: Battles are beautiful...
Lady Une: I'm confused.
Rasid: Master Quatre!
Duo: Doesn't anybody want to go out with me?!
Hilde: I will!  Heck, you can live with me in my house and eat my food and watch my TV and use my money...
Duo: Cool!  But I gotta go fight.
Quatre: (sob!) We all have to fight!
Relena: Why?
Treize: 'cuz there wouldn't be a show if we didn't.  I'm the leader of Oz.  No, I'm not.  Yes, I am.  I love battles and death.  No, not really.
Lady Une: Kill them!  No, protect them!
Quatre: Ha ha ha!  I'll punish you all!
Wufei: Die, stupid woman!
Oz dudes: AHHHH! It's a Gundam!
Relena: HEEEEERRRRROOOO!  I'm the Queen.  No, I'm not.
Sally: Blast!  I gotta pick up after those blasted kids again.  Trowa, Heero, you left your Gundams lyin' around again.
Wufei: Stupid woman.  Ahhh!  Treize!
Relena: Stop fighting!
Zechs and Heero: We must!
Everyone to everyone else: I'll kill you!
Everyone else: I love you too!
Dorothy: I love war, but I really hate it.
Everyone else: Me too!
The End
So the moral is...Duo is hot and Deathscythe is wicked cool.  Just kidding.  The actual moral is, bishonen and Gundams make for good TV.  No comprehensible plot required.  Yeah, Gundam Wing!

Hey, Prom is coming up, so this is for all you girls who hate dances.  I wrote it for homecoming a few years ago.
Um, it's upstairs.  I'm tired.  It will be up soon.

Pink for this one!  Hee hee!

Get ready for my most daring and difficult attempt at a serious fic.  I'm going inside Treize's head!

He nearly lost his famed cool when she walked in the room.  Her brown braided hair was done up in Princess Leia style donuts on either side of her head and tied with red ribbons.  Thin, round glasses magnified her already large, brown eyes.  Her red lips smiled coyly at the officers who greeted her.
"Mister Khushrenada?" The dignitary Treize was currently kissing up to turned to follow his gaze.  "Oh," said the man with a smile. "That's Lady Une.  I hear she's a fairly tough commander.  Not someone I'd want to cross."
'What is this man babbling about?' Treize wondered as he politley excused himself and headed for the table to pour himself a glass of wine.  He sipped it as he watched the woman talk with the stuffy old leaders of the Alliance.  If she was nervous about meeting her superiors or intimidated by being the only woman at the conference, she didn't show it.  In fact, it looked as if several of the dignitaries were intimidated by her.  Treize looked on in amusement.  A woman with an opinion.  A challenge.  Not so different from that other girl, what had her name been?  She was a Barton, that much he remembered.  He now realized that he had been very undignified, but he had been young.  Surely he was entitled to a few self-indulgences.
However, this woman, Lady Une, was a fellow officer.  Trieze was a flirt, but before that he was a politician  (oh, sorry, same thing).  An affair with a woman in uniform would not look good, so no matter how short that uniform skirt happened to be he would have to stay aloof.
She walked over to the table, and in spite of himself Trieze gave her his classic charming smile.
She held out her hand. "I'm Lady Une, Lt. Commander of the Alliance M.S. forces."
"Treize Khushrenada." He took her hand and kissed it.
She blushed slightly and whispered, "It's a pleasure to meet you, Mr. Khushrenada."
"My dear Lady," he returned, "the pleasure is all mine."

Later that evening, in his office, Treize called up one of his officers on the vidphone. "Have Lady Une transferred to Specials immediately."
"Yes, sir, Commander Treize!"  Treize sat alone in the dark of his office, thinking.

The End (so far)

Blue!  Well, kindof lavender.  Anyway...
Here is the evil dance story!  Note: I wrote it at school, and for purposes of maintaining authenticity, I've kept the notes I wrote at the top of the paper.

Hey!  I can't think of anything to write!  (Note: I wonder what class I was in when I did this?  Probably Spanish.)  Well, um, okay...once, a bunch of people went to school.  They were bored.  Wufei was mean, so the author decided to teach him a lesson. (Note: My gosh, this is so cliche!  What was I thinking?  Nothing at all, obviously!)  ...
"WUFEI!" said the author in an ominous voice, "you will now become an ONNA!"
(Note: I wonder what he did to make me so mad...Probably beat Noin.  I hate that part.)
"NOOOOO!" screamed Wufei.  "Injustice!  Why does this always happen to me?"
"Because you are mean!!!!" Evil laughter erupted from the heavens.  There was a flash of flames and lightning, and suddenly, Wufei was looking very cute in a miniskirt and halter top with spaghetti straps.
     "I feel so ....dishonourable!"
"You want the boys to like you, don't you?" asked the author.
"No!  I couldn't care less what the stupid boys think!  I want to be comfortable!"  whined Wufei.
Author: That's not the way it works, honey!  And to look even better, you must shave your legs.
Wufei: No!
Author: Don't you want to fit in with the normal girls?
Wufei: No!
Author: Tough!
A struggle ensues.  A little while later, Wufei's legs are silky smooth, except where they are nicked with razor cuts.
Author: Now, you need a date to the dance.
Wufei: I want to go with Treize.
Treize: Look at me, I am so cool!
Wufei: Ha ha!  Treize, you are awesome!  Your performance in fencing class was great.  Did you notice all the time, money, and agony I spent to look good for you?
Treize: What?  Britney Spears is hot.  Know why Germany's better than China?  Listen to what Lady Une and I did last night...
Wufei: Ew!  I don't want to know that!  Just ask me to the dance, Treize!
Duo: I'll ask you to the dance, Wufei!
Wufei: No!  Not the most annoying person in the world!
Duo: Aw, c'mon.  I had to get up all this courage to ask you.  Please don't hurt my feelings.
Wufei: Fine!  Buy you're paying my way.
Noin: I'm going to the dance with Zechs.
Lady Une: I'm going to the dance with Treize.  Who are you going with, Wufei?
Wufei: Duo.
Noin and Une: DUO?!
Noin: Um, that's...um...nice...I guess...See ya.
Wufei: Dern you, Duo!  Blast!
Author: Now you must go shopping for a dress.  Hm, who should help you?  How about...Relena!
Relena: How about this pink one?
Wufei: No!  The black one!
Relena: Too showy.  This one!
Wufei: Too frilly. This one!
Relena: Too expensive.  This one!
Wufei: Doesn't fit.  This one!
     Three weeks later...
Wufei: I don't stinking care any more.  This one!  I don't care what it looks like, I don't care if it fits, as long as I can afford it.  Can we go home now?
Relena: No!  Jeeze, Wufei, what else are you going to wear?  You don't own any nice clothes.
Wufei: I've got the dress, don't I?
Relena: Yes, but you need stockings, a purse, a nice coat or shawl, shoes, make-up, earrings, a necklace, a new hair-do, and it all has to match!
     Wufei passes out.
     Later...
Wufei: Forget it, braid-boy!  I'm not going to the dance!
Duo: Whoa, calm down, is it somebody's time of the month?
Wufei: I can yell at you any dern time of the month I want, you jerk!  Loser!  Arrrrgh!
Duo: Well, I'm goin off to hang with Deathscythe now.
Wufei: Nataku, my lovely Gundam, where are you?
Duo: Oh, Shenlong and Altron belong to me now.
Wufei: What?!  Why?
Duo: Ha ha ha!  Give a Gundam to a girl?  What are you thinking?  The girls just support the guys and get their groceries and stuff.  You can fix mecha, but you can't pilot it.
The End

Prayers
a Negafic (OK, Dark Kingdom fic)

Well, I decided to have pity on Zoisite and use the less angsty version. SoNorth American Zoisite! I chose this one because, well, this is my family computer and someone might read it and ground me or send me to a shrink (not like theyre not thinking about it now) and I would just rather give Zoisite a break for this one, okay? If you have a problem, just change all the shes to hes when you read it. Theres no stinking difference! (Except this version has less angst. Too bad, I like angst when it happens other people.)

Setting: the Dark Kingdom, one year before the assault on Earth.

All four of Beryls generals stood on a hillside of Earth. The sun was sinking in the fiery sky, making the hills around them glow in a light that was totally alien to the gloomy halls of the Dark Kingdom. In front of the kings stood a sturdy cherry tree. It was in bloom, the cherry blossoms bright pink against the faded green countryside. Despite the sunlight, the air was chilly, and Zoisite wrapped her arms around herself in an attempt to keep warm. Normally she would have complained, but the country looked so serene, so calm, that she could not mar it. As she stood quietly next to Kunzite, the only thing on her mind was the perfection of the scene before her. Perhaps it was the closest that Zoisite had ever come to prayer.
Suddenly, the wind blew, catching some cherry blossoms in its breeze. The pink petals swirled mysteriously, then fell gently to the ground.
"Its pretty," said Zoisite softly. "The most beautiful thing Ive ever seen."
"Huh," snorted Jadeite. He spat contemptuously on the ground. "Earth. I cant wait to finish our mission and get back to the Kingdom."

***

"The Dark Kingdom will triumph! We will conquer Earth! Or I will have your heads on a platter! Do you hear me?!" Beryl was giving her generals a "pep talk." "Zoisite! What are you smiling at? Are you paying attention?!"
Zoisite, who had been staring into space and smiling, snapped to attention. Ducking her head, she murmured, "Forgive me, my queen."
"Your Majesty, may I say something?" inquired Nephrite.
"Make it snappy!" she snarled.
"I dont think that Zoisite is qualified to be a general. She is too young and inexperienced to be of use to you."
"Your Majesty, I am old enough. And as for experience"
Nephrite chuckled, and Jadeite smirked. Even Kunzite looked amused. Zoisite tried to think of something clever to say. Instead, she just glared. Nephlite could almost feel the flames shooting at him out of Zoisites eyes.
"Hm hm hm hm," chuckled Beryl. "Calm down, Zoisite. Nephrite is your superior and you should listen to him. Perhaps you could learn a few things, my easily enraged young general." Queen Beryl gave Nephrite a wicked smile, which he returned, much to Zoisites chagrin. She had the feeling that a lot was going on over her head that she didnt understand. Desperately, she looked to Kunzite for help. Kunzite, however, was deeply interested in the cracks in the wall, ignoring everything else.
"My queen, perhaps Zoisite should be demoted. One such as she does not belong among your elite soldiers. Besides, she is only a distraction for"
Kunzites head jerked toward Nephrite, danger in his eyes.
"Thats enough Nephrite! Youve made your point, now silence!" Beryl ordered.
"Yes, my queen," said the dark-haired king. But he was smiling.
"Now, you have your orders. You may leave."
All four generals vanished from the throne room.

***

Kunzite and Zoisite reappeared in one of the Dark Kingdoms many darkened halls. Frustrated, Zoisite threw a blast of sparkling energy at the wall. Pieces of rock fell off, but no major damage was done. The walls in the Kingdom were used to abuse.
"Darling?"
"Dont you mean distraction?" snarled Zoisite.
"Calm down, love. Beryl wont fire you, dont worry."
"Maybe she should!"
Kunzite stood back and let Zoisite blast a few more cracks in the ancient walls until she had run out of sufficient energy. Finally, Zoisite stopped, her shoulders heaving. "I hate this place!" she seethed. "Its uglyand its meanand its its"
Kunzite placed his hand on Zoisites shoulder. "Its home now. Accept it," he said gently.
Zoisite sighed.
"Whatwhat were you thinking about before Beryl yelled at you?"
Zoisite closed her eyes and smiled, thinking of Earth.
"Cherry blossoms," she whispered.
Kunzite studied her for a moment, thinking. Then he shut his eyes and channeled his magic energy
Zoisite felt the sparks flow around her, not painful, but comforting. Slowly, she opened her emerald eyes. Pink petals swirled around her, lending a her a sense of mystery and fragility that was also beautiful. She stretched out her arms, feeling the silk of the blossoms between her fingers. Then she remembered Kunzite. Turning to him, Zoisite smiled.
"Thank you."

Treachery

by me (me being GuitarZoi02)

"Were not villains, were just peacefully challenged."

I do not own Sailor Moon or the Negaverse or any anime characters. This is purely for fun, not profit, so please dont sue me. Thank you. (Gomen, I mean arigato.)

Note: This story does, of course, assume that the Negaverse was never really destroyed and none of the generals were ever really killed. Also, I just used whatever version of the generals names the computer would accept. Please dont be too picky.

"Im sick of following Beryls orders! I hate having to do what she says all the time!" complained Zoisite one day in the Negaverse. "Shes a stupid, ugly old bat. If I had been in charge, we would have beaten Sailor Moon."

"Careful, Zoisite," Malachite warned. Zoisite was visiting him in his quarters, and they had been discussing their latest assignment.

"Oh, who cares? We could run this place, Malachite. I know we could."

"Maybe so, but were not going to get a chance with Queen Beryl is around.."

"So we kill her. Im serious, if we got enough people to join us it would be easy." Zoisite leaned her hands on a table and looked determinedly up at Malachite.

"I tell you, Zoisite, shes too powerful! It wouldnt be worth getting killed over. Shes the queen and we have to do what she says, even if we dont like it."

"Youre so loyal to her, arent you? You always follow her orders. Why?"

"Because Im not stupid. Zoisite, I thought you had learned your lesson"

"You would kill me if she ordered it, wouldnt you?" she interjected suddenly.

Malachite looked down at the floor and said nothing.

"Answer me!" Zoisite demanded, her green eyes taking on their trademark furious look.

"II dont know. I wouldnt want to. But she would never order anything like that. That is, unless she heard your treasonous talk."

"Youre a coward," Zoisite accused.

"No, I just value my life. You are too headstrong, Zoisite, too undisciplined."

"I think for myself. I am ambitious. Unlike you. Youre just content to be second in command, too scared to try to make any decisions on your own," the green eyed general sneered.

"Thats enough!" yelled Malachite, but Zoisite had already left the room.

***

"Hello, Zoisite. Whats the matter?" A soft voice startled Zoisite, and he whirled around. It was Basalt, one of Queen Beryls attendants.

"What are you doing here?" Zoisite asked.

"It doesnt matter. Now tell me, why would such a powerful general be looking so frustrated?"

"That is none of your business. You should learn not to be so casual around your superiors."

"Please forgive me. But you are powerful." Basalt seemed to leave something unsaid as she continued to watch Zoisite.

"Yes," she agreed. "What of it?"

"You could be much more powerful," the attendant whispered.

"Tell me how," Zoisite demanded, her curiosity sparked.

"Hasnt Malachite told you?" asked a surprised Basalt.

"Hes taught me everything he knows," said Zoisite suspiciously, narrowing her eyes.

"Then why is he still so much more powerful than you? You know there must be a reason."

"He says it is because I am undisciplined."

"You dont really believe that, do you? He is afraid that you would take his place as second in command."

"Malachite wouldnt do that." Zoisite didnt sound like she believed himself.

"Fine, but if I was you, I wouldnt be so trusting," scoffed Basalt.

"Go away, you insolent peon!" she yelled. Basalt chuckled and glided away.

***

Queen Beryl smiled as Basalt entered her throne room. "Were my orders carried out?"

"Yes, my Queen," Basalt said, bowing. "The seed is planted."

"Excellent! Zoisite wont fail me on this one, I know! Its about time that the Negaverse saw some excitement; some of my warriors are getting soft. Youve done well, Basalt."

"Thank you, Queen Beryl."

***

"Malachite, you love me, right?" Zoisite asked. She leaned against Malachites chair and looked over at him, eyes wide. If Malachite hadnt known better, he would have said that the small general looked almost innocent. The two were alone in the room, and it appeared that Malachite was trying to think about something. Nevertheless, he turned his attention to Zoisite and held her hand.

"Of course I do. Why do you have to ask?"

"Oh, just that I heard that there was something that you arent telling me that I should know." She looked pointedly at Malachite.

"What? What do you need to know? Just ask and Ill tell you." Malachite said comfortingly.

"Oh nothing, never mind. Its probably not important. But, if something were to come up, like, if something were to come down to either you or me getting ahead, would you sacrifice yourself and help me, or would you step on me on your way up?"

"What the heck kind of a question is that?" demanded Malachite, getting angry and drawing away from Zoisite.

Zoisite straightened up and turned her back to Malachite. "I really dont think you love me."

"Well, we are supposed to be evil, what do you expect from me?! As villains, we look out for number one, and then we worry about anyone else later. Its hard enough as it is, pretending not to care about you in front of the others. Do you know what Beryl would do if she knew about us?"

"You know what Mal? I really dont give a darn about what Beryl would do. I cant believe that you could be so selfish as to only care about yourself and only think of me when its convenient."

"Im selfish? Do you think its convenient for me to bail you out every time you get yourself in trouble? Do you think about anyone else Zoisite? Do you even think?" Malachite stood up and waved his arms around.

Zoisite got tears in her eyes and looked pathetic, like she did every time she and Malachite had a fight. It might have worked, but Zoisite forgot that she still had her back to Malachite. The tall general ignored her. "Hmph," Zoisite muttered. "You dont know me as well as you think, Malachite. Ill show you." She stomped out of the room, and disappeared for weeks.

***

A few weeks later

Nephrite appeared next to Malachite in a small room of the Negaverse. They nodded to each other and got down to business, which, judging from their anxious countenances, was very grave indeed.

"Did you find out what happened to those warriors that I sent out to the outer limits?" questioned Malachite. "Their position was important to our security."

Nephrite cleared his throat and looked at the floor. "Well, we suddenly lost contact with them a few days ago"

"I know that!" snarled the caped general. "Why?"

"Theyre dead, destroyed. Nothing left of them."

"Who killed them?"

"I think you know, Malachite."

Malachite growled in rage shook his fist in the direction of the ceiling. "Zoisite!"

***

Zoisite was sitting in what appeared to be a tent, cackling madly with glee. "Oh, my," she sighed when she was finished. "Wont that shake up those bakas at the palace. All destroyed, you say?"

The tall man who was standing near the entrance of the tent nodded, a cruel smile on his face. "All. Destroyed. I have heard from our spies that our agenda has definitely been noticed by Beryl."

Zoisite chuckled some more and twirled a strand of hair around her finger. "Soon," she muttered. "Ill show everyone what Zoisite is capable of" The man cleared his throat. "Oh, yes, what we are capable of. You can leave now." The man nodded and left the tent. Zoisite frowned as she watched him go.

Two weeks later, the tall, dark man was dead. Zoisite was the sole leader of the rebellion.

***

A few months later

The battle was fierce. Many on both sides had already fallen, but the leaders showed no signs of surrendering. The soldiers of the rebellion fought valiantly, despite the fact that they were outnumbered. Queen Beryls army was weary; they had been forced to make the trip from the center of the Negaverse to the outer limits where the rebels were stationed. Zoisite had cleverly used guerrilla tactics, attacking small, unsuspecting forces. Soon, Malachite had been left with no choice but to go out after her.

"Keep fighting!" Zoisite encouraged her soldiers. "Keep fighting and soon well be rid of Beryl!" A soldier screamed and fell into her, shot through the heart. Disgusted, Zoisite pushed him away. She frowned when she realized that her gloves were dirty.

"Drat that Zoisite," groaned Malachite. He poured all his strength into a blast and shot it out at a pack of rebels. "All hes doing is getting a bunch of our men killed! No one can fight and win against Beryl and Metallia."

"You could be wrong," Nephrite intoned. "The stars know everything, and they have told me nothing of our victory today."

"Shut up and fight!" Malachite refused to believe that he would be beaten.

"Malachite!" Jadeite was panting, and sweat plastered his blond hair to his face. He looked desperately up at the older general. "Theyve broken through the back lines. Were surrounded!"

***

Malachite glared at the door of the tent. Nephrite stood next to him. They both looked exhausted, as they had been battling for 24 hours straight, and they had lost. To Zoisites forces. The two generals were surrounded by soldiers of the rebel army, and any fighting at this point would be useless. Besides, Malachite had a little something up his sleeve

Inside the tent, Zoisite hummed to herself as she pulled on a new pair of pure white gloves. She had to look good for Malachite, of course. Checking her hair one last time, she then turned and sauntered outside.

"Hiya, boys," she greeted in a sing-song voice. "Ready to admit defeat?"

Nephrite muttered something to himself that Malachite was pretty sure he should be glad he couldnt hear.

"Not quite, Zoisite." Malachite wished he could shown an evil smile, but he couldnt quite make it. Zoisite, however, was having no trouble being cheerful. All her life she had been the last one to get noticed, at least in a good way, and she had never been respected by anyone, except maybe Malachite. And Zoisite felt that she was more of a pet to Malachite, not an equal. She was ecstatic that she had finally proven that she was better than anyone else.

"Ah ha ha ha ha! You fools. Youre surrounded!" Zoisite started twirling her hair in the way that Nephrite found so annoying.

"Youre the fool, Zoisite. You always were stupid. And wimpy," the dark-haired general observed.

"Shut up!" Zoisites eyes flashed angrily. "I can do whatever I want with you two now. Im going to have so much fun."

"Oh no!" moaned Nephrite, realizing what that could mean. He shot a look at Malachite, to see what he thought about it, but he couldnt read his face.

"By the way, wheres the other dork?" asked Zoisite.

"You mean Jadeite?"

"Of course I mean Jadeite! How many other idiot generals do you know?"

"I dont really know," said Malachite casually. "He could be dead."

"Its a pity if he is, I wanted him to suffer longer. Oh well, he may turn up yet." Zoisite turned to one of the rebel soldiers standing nearby. "Azurite, take a squad out and search for the general Jadeite."

"I dont think youll have to look too far, Zoisite," sneered Nephrite.

"Whats that supposed to mean?" Zoisite demanded.

"The stars know everything," chanted Nephrite in a tone of voice that was sure to enrage his rival.

Just then, Jadeite and a squadron of soldiers appeared behind the tent.

"Games up, Zoe," snarled Jadeite.

(There should be a poor excuse for a plot here, but I skipped it. So there. It would have been boring and poorly written anyway).

Malachite and Zoisite stood on opposite sides of Queen Beryls throne room. It was dark, as usual, and Jadeite and Nephrite watched as Malachite and Zoisite stared at each other. Zoisite looked determined not to back down, but Malachite actually looked afraid. Actually afraid of small, pretty Zoisite. Or was it something else that frightened him? Beryl looked on in amusement.

"Well?" began Zoisite, anxious to get started. "What are you going to do, Malachite? After all this time, we finally meet again."

"Surrender, Zoisite. Make this easier for everyone. Please."

"No one tells me what to do anymore. Not even you! ZOY!" Zoisite sent a blast of blue lightening pounding into Malachite, smashing him against the wall.

There was a pause as they all waited for Malachite to return the shot, but he remained silent, wincing and deliberately not looking at the other Negaversites.

"Cmon, Malachite! Whats the matter? Are you going to let the past get in the way of this?" Zoisite snarled. It didnt matter that she still loved him, the only thing was that Zoisite could not show weakness. Nothing mattered besides power, and she had to prove that she understood that. Better than Malachite. Zoisite didnt want to beat Malachite, but she couldnt show weakness by giving up. Shed rather die. She blasted Malachite again. And again, and again, with everything she had. Guilt, a feeling she hadnt known she was capable of experiencing, suddenly engulfed her.

"Fight me, you *&@#$!" she yelled. "Kill me!"

Malachite was slumped on the floor in pain. He still refused to answer his former friend. He couldnt. Zoisite was still Zoisite, and he loved her.

Beryl cackled hysterically. This was evil.

Zoisite was sobbing now. "Fine," she whispered, wiping her nose on her sleeve. "Fine! If you wont fight me, Ill destroy us both!" She stretched out her arms and a brilliant light began to shine around her and Malachite.

"Zoisite, noooooo!" Malachite ran over to Zoisite and slapped her face. The light disappeared, and the two knelt on the floor, Malachite holding Zoisites shoulders while she sobbed.

"Look what you did to her," Malachite snarled at Queen Beryl.

"No, Malachite. Look what you did. Now neither of you will ever be my generals! Fools! You could have been so powerful, but you refused to give up your stupid love!"

"Malachite," whispered Zoisite, "Im sorry"

Queen Beryl screeched and prepared to destroy them. "This is what I do to fools!"

Zoisite screamed and threw her arms around Malachite as Beryl blasted them into oblivion.

Thus the passing of the two guys with the greatest hair besides Team Rocket.
